Red Dress Pin for National Wear Red Day

Visit National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute here to order your Red Dress pin to wear on February 3, 2012 for National Wear Red Day®! There are also other resources available and you can register your event if you are having one to celebrate on that day.

The primary goal of The Heart Truth campaign is to raise awareness that heart disease is the number one killer of women. To support this goal, The Heart Truth, campaign launched the Red Dress as the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness in February 2003. The Red Dress Tack Pin symbolizes the message that "Heart Disease Doesn’t Care What You Wear -- It’s the Number 1 Killer of Women." Features a delicate heart accent on red enamel.
